- You own the user experience process end-to-end — from user research and personas through user flows to wireframes and interactive prototypes — across a range of clients and industries.
- You design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and make sure UX concepts translate into cohesive, high-quality UI design.
- You conduct user interviews, usability tests, and workshops, and turn the findings into concrete design decisions and optimization opportunities.
- You work closely with development, project management, and clients in agile, cross-functional teams, actively bringing UX/UI topics into sprints, reviews, and client presentations.
- You build and maintain design systems and UI kits that ensure consistency across multiple projects.
- You present your concepts convincingly to clients and stakeholders, championing UX/UI best practices even under tight time or budget constraints.
- Several years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, ideally gained in an agency environment working across different clients and industries.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process — from research and concept to polished, high-fidelity UI.
- Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and a solid understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
- Confidence presenting and defending your design decisions to clients and stakeholders, along with strong collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional teams.
