What you do.

Delivery

  • Lead multiple digital projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Translate client goals into plans and manage progress, stakeholders, and budgets.
  • Apply standards and support junior team members.

Agile & Improvement

  • Run agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and promote best practices.
  • Support frameworks and continuous improvement.

Commercial & Resources

  • Manage forecasting, budgets, billing, and profitability.
  • Plan resources, resolve conflicts, and support scoping.
  • Governance & Risk
  • Monitor risks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance.

Clients & Team

  • Act as main client contact, manage expectations, and report progress.
  • Support team wellbeing, collaboration, and mentor juniors.

What you bring along.

  • Experience in delivery or project management in digital, consultancy, or tech environments.
  • Proven track record delivering complex digital projects (e.g. web, ecommerce, CRM, data).
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and facilitation of ceremonies.
  • Commercial awareness (budgets, forecasting, profitability).
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust.
  • Knowledge of German

What Would Set You Apart

  • Experience supporting account growth or working as Client Account Lead.
  • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2).
  • Experience improving delivery practices or operations.
  • Familiarity with agency models and new trends (e.g. AI, data).
  • Interest in mentoring and developing others.
