We are looking for a Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst who can translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and work closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

What you do.

  • Analyze and document business requirements, user needs and technical constraints for complex digital platforms and applications.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to align business and technical perspectives.
  • Work closely with product owners, designers, developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.
  • Support agile teams by refining backlogs, clarifying requirements and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements from initial concept through development, testing and delivery.

What you bring along.

  • Several years of experience working as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Analyst in digital or software projects.
  • Strong experience translating business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.
  • Experience working in agile product or development teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and processes.
  • Experience with digital platforms, web applications or enterprise systems.
  • Very good English skills. German/ Spanish is a plus.
