What you do.
- In our application management tool Softgarden, you will maintain candidate profiles and take on some of the management of applicants (e.g., invitations, information, rejections, etc.).
- By managing our mailbox, you will be the contact person for incoming questions from applicants and will be responsible for communication with personnel service providers.
- You will support active sourcing: you will be creative and persistent in searching for and contacting exciting candidates.
- With your flair for target group-oriented texts, you will assist in the creation, modification, and management of our job advertisements on our portals.
- Your participation and expertise will be required for various HR projects.
- In addition, you will independently conduct job interviews with our candidates.
What you bring along.
- You are currently enrolled as a student and are available for 3-6 months.
- You are studying or undergoing comparable training, ideally in the fields of human resources, psychology, humanities, social sciences, or economics.
- Initial practical experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or HR consultancy, is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally, you are already familiar with active sourcing (Talentmanager, LinkedIn) and application management systems (e.g., Haufe, Softgarden, etc.)
- You enjoy and are interested in a wide range of HR topics, enjoy working in a team, and like open communication
- Confident use of MS Office and very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills round off your profile
