  • Fels in der Brandung

HR stands for Human Relations for us, not Human Resources. For our HR team in Barcelona we’re looking for reinforcement in recruiting. You know exactly how to inspire and win talent and you’re a true coordination talent? Then we should get to know each other!

What we offer.

  • The chance to become part of a large, international agency group: Approx. 350 great employees in Germany, a modern, customer-centric business model and a true New Work environment. As part of MSQ with a further 1500 colleagues, we offer an international perspective with offices and sister agencies in the UK, USA and Asia
  • Flexible working environment: Hybrid or in our beautiful office in Barcelona
  • Agile organization: Self-organized teams, extensive onboarding, personal buddy and lots of support from experienced colleagues
  • Work & life balance: job bike leasing, Smart'n'fit weeks, fitness and self-care offers via EGYM Wellpass
  • And of course: modern hardware, well-equipped tool landscape, company pension scheme, further training budget, in-house training, company events, drinks flat rate and good coffee

What you do.

  • You will optimize and implement new and existing recruiting processes and help to manage the recruiting team in a professional manner
  • You will identify and establish recruiting, sourcing, and personnel marketing measures tailored to specific target groups
  • You will analyze recruiting and employer branding KPIs and trends and use them to derive measures for personnel marketing (e.g., job advertisements, promotional advertisements)
  • You will derive recruiting strategies and hiring recommendations based on the corporate strategy and work closely with senior management.
  • You will be responsible for operational recruiting, candidate relations, interviews, and application management—this includes providing excellent support to our candidates and advising and assisting our hiring teams in the application and selection process.

What you bring along.

  • A degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management, or vocational training with a specialization in human resources—but what is particularly important to us is your practical experience in recruiting, application management, and conducting interviews.
  • Ideally, you already have at least 5 years of experience in a recruiting role in a dynamic environment (services, project business, private equity, IT, consulting, etc.).
  • You enjoy consulting and coordination and find it easy to keep track of things. You thrive in a complex, agile, and highly dynamic environment as well as in direct and close communication with candidates, internal stakeholders, and management.
  • As we also recruit in international markets, we welcome relevant experience, e.g., in setting up nearshore locations, and correspondingly very good English skills.
