You'll be working within a mature scaled agile environment, supporting work across 2 scrum teams, where you'll take ownership of critical infrastructure components while mentoring junior team members and driving commercial opportunities.

What you do.
- Own and evolve the CI/CD toolchain, designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure while promoting best practices for continuous delivery and zero downtime
- Work closely with Senior CSEs, Technical Architects, and Development teams to deliver reliable solutions on time and within budget, ensuring strong controls, safety, and quality
- Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues, including SRE and infrastructure responsibilities, to maintain system stability
- Proactively drive continuous improvement within client solutions, contributing to technical and commercial discussions that enable implementation
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, troubleshoot service issues efficiently, and represent the company professionally in all client interactions
What you bring along.
- Strong Azure cloud expertise with hands-on Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (2+ years) and confidence in designing scalable, secure Azure architectures
- Experience creating infrastructure and network diagrams, working with Azure DevOps or GitHub, and using container technologies (Docker) plus monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Application Insights)
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a software engineering background (e.g. Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Java, C#), ideally gained in complex, client-facing environments
- Collaborative team player with a strong support and innovation mindset, able to think strategically in line with business goals and delivery roadmaps
- Tech stack includes Azure, Terraform, Docker, VS Code, Azure CLI, PowerShell, working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues, confident client communication, and excellent business-level English with strong written and verbal communication skills
