What You Do.
- Ensure smooth operations in project management – from maintaining and developing our project standards to professional project documentation
- Support the creation, coordination, and tracking of proposals while keeping an eye on budgets, billing, and timesheets
- Together with project managers, monitor project-related risks and ensure that commercial and organizational processes run smoothly
- Be the first point of contact for new client inquiries in body leasing and coordinate the staffing of roles in agile teams – from internal coordination with capacity management and technical leads to collaboration with external freelancer agencies
- Assign requested roles to our rate cards, prepare proposals, and support colleagues in their assignments – including topics such as timesheets, invoices, forecasts, and vacation planning
- Support capacity management in central freelancer administration, reporting, and tooling
What You Bring.
- A completed degree or comparable commercial training, as well as initial experience in project management, PMO, or capacity management
- Excellent English skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing, as well as good German skills; Spanish skills are an advantage
- A structured, precise working style, organizational talent, and high personal responsibility
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with project management tools
- Team spirit, communication skills, and joy in collaborating in an international environment
