The Senior SEO Manager at 26PMX is a position that drives the development and implementation of innovative SEO strategies to deliver exceptional results for clients. This role encompasses leadership, strategy and advanced execution, with responsibility for some of our most important clients.
As a mentor, you will supervise junior team members, set a standard for excellence, and contribute to the development of team processes. Collaboration across multiple themes, such as digital PR, content and client services, is critical to creating cohesive and impactful strategies.
You will be responsible for major clients while supervising SEO strategies for junior team members.

What you do.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies (technical, content, offsite) aligned with the client's business objectives, working with content and PR teams
- Own strategy KPIs, monitor strategic roadmaps and analyze SEO performance to gain insights and adjust tactics
- Establish standardized SEO processes and mentor team members, providing guidance and knowledge
- Supporting the sales team with SEO knowledge, contributing to pre-sales activities and client pitches
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, tools and Google updates and using this knowledge to improve client strategies
- Manage workload, meet client deadlines effectively and delegate tasks to teams or managers as required
- Sharing updates and expertise with the wider team and contributing to the implementation of ISO27001 where appropriate
Knowledge and competencies.
- At least 4-5 years of SEO experience in developing and managing SEO strategies with budget responsibility
- Experience in managing German and English speaking teams
- SEO knowledge with deep understanding of content and offsite pillars
- Advanced experience in SEO audits, including keyword research, technical analysis, crawl budget optimization and content strategy
- Proven ability to communicate with clients, confidently present strategic plans and understand the brand, goals and target audience
- Adept at using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and Accuranker
- Improving processes and evolving search landscapes, including AI-driven changes
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Amazon SEO and experience with TikTok search
