What you do.
- Configure and maintain CRM fields, workflows, and data structures in Salesforce and HubSpot to support business needs.
- Test system updates to ensure nothing breaks and everything works as expected.
- Monitor and improve data quality to keep our CRM accurate and reliable.
- Develop dashboards and reports to help teams track performance.
- Work with marketing automation tools to connect customer engagement data.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing insights and making data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge and competencies.
- Experience working with Salesforce and HubSpot is required.
- Comfortable using Excel and working with large datasets.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in a data or CRM-related role is a plus.
