What you do.
- You present the opportunities and benefits of data-driven decision making to our clients and support them in integrating it into their business processes
- You support our multidisciplinary teams by strengthening CX consulting and implementation through the data perspective
- You drive the topic of 'data' in the agency, both in the multidisciplinary client teams and by building up expertise
- Together with other leads, you support the expansion of our customer-centric, data-based way of working
- You are responsible for the collection of data and the implementation of various analytics tools
- You have a deep understanding of data analysis and are able to create meaningful dashboards that present complex information in a clear and understandable way
What you bring along.
- Completed studies in business informatics, data or a comparable field
- Experience in domain responsibility or leading teams or departments
- In-depth knowledge of tech stack integration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical topics in an understandable manner
- Distinct analytical thinking and structured working style
