In the role as Project Manager (DXP/CMS), you independently lead digital projects from the first idea to go-live, act as the first point of contact for our clients, and make sure UX, development and consulting work together seamlessly.

What you do
- You independently lead and manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- You are the main point of contact for your clients, acting as their trusted day-to-day advisor across ongoing projects
- You support our UX specialists, developers and consultants with structured planning, clear requirements (user stories, backlogs, scopes) and efficient processes
- You plan and manage timelines, budgets, scopes and resources across multiple projects and teams
- You organize and facilitate briefings, status meetings, workshops and alignment sessions
- You keep an eye on quality, efficiency, profitability and delivery standards in every phase of execution
- You support pitches, proposal development and new business opportunities
- You continuously improve workflows, briefing structures, templates and internal processes
What you bring along
- You hold a degree in business, media, computer science or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of project management experience on the agency or service-provider side
- You can point to project successes, e.g. in DXP and CMS projects with Magnolia, Optimizely, FirstSpirit, Sitecore or Storyblok
- Jira and Confluence are part of your daily routine, and technical dependencies and system landscapes hold no secrets for you
- You are a strong communicator and facilitator – in German and English, internally and externally
- Ideally, you have certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner or comparable PM qualifications
- You are used to bridging business and tech teams and creating a shared understanding
- You know Digital Experience Platforms, content, UX/design and modern digital ecosystems inside out
